• Works included a small extension to the rear, full renovation of the existing protected property and external hard landscaping

• Fully decorated internally and externally, new bespoke timber external windows and doors and engineered wooden flooring throughout the ground floor
• New bathrooms installed, including sanitary ware, floor and wall tiling
• Groundworks included a new large patio area, construction of a timber frame garage, gravel driveway, reclaimed sleeper edges and fencing works
